I adore the glamorous ambiance of its Festival. I have attended it for many years, it’s a real tradition. And I especially love staying at the JW Marriott Cannes, my home away from home. My husband, daughter and I feel truly at home.

If I can travel light, I do so, so I would say rather a travel bag. However, for the Cannes Film Festival I travel with several bags and suitcases! (laughing).

I am usually more likely to pack my things at the last moment. But then again, for the Festival, it’s different. I have no other choice than to be well-prepared.

I have gotten into the habit of anticipating my outfits by listing them day by day to limit the quantity of clothes I take with me. And if I have time, I press and fold them carefully to maximize space in my luggage.

Evening dresses for major occasions, kaftans with lovely prints for the beach, and a multitude of accessories and jewellery.

Skin cleanser, moisturizing cream, serum for the eyes, lip balm… And a loofah sponge!

Souvenirs, and occasionally a few gourmet treats.

On a stay in Los Angeles for the Oscars, I was spoilt with gifts. So much so that I had to buy another suitcase on Hollywood Boulevard. It was a very kitsch suitcase that did not go unnoticed on the baggage carrousel at the airport!
